Arby's - Waycross

The drive thru was backed up so we went in, cashier Marcus was very polite, professional, and attentive. Food was fast and fresh even though they were busy. Customer in front of me was being rude ordering and he handled it well.

First I would like to say that the sandwich I got made me sick ? The meat was like rubber and tasted like it had gone bad. However the curly fries and jalapeno poppers were hot and delicious. Service was friendly but not speedy for drive thru. I have been in this location before and it is clean and has lots of seating choices.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu with things kids like.Wheelchair accessibility: Is it wheelchair accessible.

They cook their French fries in the same oil as the fish. And I am allergic to fish and I know there are other people that is also allergic to fish. I don't think they should be allowed to do that

Great server and service. Food was typical, Arby's good, but not outstanding. Atmosphere was quaint.

It's ok. They need to work on the cleanliness inside around the drink machine and tea. The floor is always sticky. The condiment dispensers are always empty.
