Great friendly staff, every employee here is so helpful and treats you like a neighbor.
Terrible experience! I went in with a coupon for a foot-long sub priced at $5.99, but they refused to accept it because I hadn’t ordered from the “correct” side of the menu, which they referred to as the green menu. What? The coupon didn’t specify which side to order from. The staff member was rude and refused to listen to us. We ended up paying full price for the sandwich and asked to speak with the manager. The next day, we called again, and the manager hung up on us. We’re now waiting to hear from the district manager, if she ever gets back to us. Come on, Subway in Waxhaw, NC—get your coupon situation sorted out!
I'm really disappointed. This used to be my favorite Subway location. It's 11:35 a.m., and the sign on the door says they open at 11 a.m. This isn't the first time I've faced this issue. I won't be returning to this location anymore. I hope you can find some reliable staff in the future.
The two employees (a woman and a young man) clearly need training in customer service and food handling. They were not wearing masks and were talking over the food. Their gloves were never changed, and they handled money, condiments, and various items before touching the food without switching gloves between customers. This is quite concerning. Additionally, they do not greet customers upon entering the store. Overall, the service was subpar.
