Rosati's Pizza - Waxhaw

Hate to do this review because it’s home town, but ordered a pie and the first one arrived and was clearly sideways. Called and for the first time “complained” about the product at $40 for an large pie. They sent a replacement 45 minutes later and the pics show what was delivered. Store problem or driver problem? Never had this in Chi-town!

We dined in and ordered an Italian beef sandwich and a small thin crust pizza. They brought out my sandwich in about 5 minutes. 25 minutes later we asked where is my wife’s pizza. They scrambled and made up a lie that they spilled something on the pizza and were going to remake it. Nobody said a word to us until we asked where the pizza was. The Manager was rude and could care less. Don’t eat at this place. We’ll never go back and will make sure we post our experience with their staff on every site possible.

Very good!!!! Seems to get better every time we go! Will be back and highly recommended if you like Chicago pizza....

We ordered the 14” white pizza on thin crust and the cheesy garlic bread. Also had the garlic parm dipping sauce with cheesy garlic bread. Disappointed with the food overall. Cheese had a rubbery texture and the dipping sauce tasted like vinegar sauce. Not sure how it was garlic parm. Not worth 40 dollars for mediocre pizza and cheesy bread.

Taste in pizza is subjective. Take my opinion here with a grain of salt.Sauce seemed to be very sweet. I had a chicago pie. For my taste, it was less a pizza and more of a soup in an edible bowl. The flavor of the toppings we alright, but it wasn't an overall pleasurable pie.
