Jersey Mike's Subs - Waxhaw

I’m almost certain the Italian sub I ate from this location gave me food poisoning. Quality at this location lacks compared to other stores of the same name.

I visited at lunchtime on a Saturday. It was very busy, but this location is fast and efficient. I got my subs. They were excellent.

No one answers the phone for orders to go. Ordered online. Had to wait at least 20 minutes past the pickup time. Food had been sitting there in a bag the entire time ready to go. Aside from the sandwich maker the remainder of the pickup staff was lost and couldn't even package the orders correctly.

Aside from not being the best at customer service, they’ll add a little unwanted protein to your meal. We won’t be back. This location needs an intervention.
