Morning coffee at Ruby's - it's pretty quiet so I was served very fastNice latte with beautiful latte art.

Had a chai and chilli eggs for breakfast and everything was delicious! The only disappointment was they were out of kombucha. Friendly and quick service.

The bulletproof coffee here is life changing. It is smooth and velvety, without losing the rich, aromatic taste of traditional coffee. I’ve tried a few other bulletproof coffee since this place and nothing quite compares. Strongly recommend! <br/ <br/ Food wise, I had the taco. I had asked to take out the bacon as I do not eat meat, which they gladly did, but it wasn’t replaced by anything else. It’s still a good portion if you are not too hungry. They did not go light on the avocado as some places would, and the tortilla was well done. I would come back to try out some of their other food items which looked really interesting.<br/ <br/ This place also sits in a quiet neighbourhood in Waverley, and the overall decor is very calm and relaxing, making it seem like a local staple. Staff was friendly but service was a little inattentive.

Great service, amazing consistent food and coffee. If I feel like something healthy I can always count on this cafe, that being said they do have indulgent treats if I'm feeling the need to treat myself! Something for all the family aswell.
