Bidrage med feedbackThe place is very average when you consider who owns and runs the place. Prices were a little on the high side. Variety was not fantastic.
Wow! Have been going here for coffee for years, never breakfast as the timing was generally wrong,so we made the effort today, and it was just brilliant, as always the staff were nice, but the breakfast almost left me speechless in both quantity and quality, cook to order none of this old warmer draw rubbish You would need to arrive very hungry to finish the standard breakfast, being a glutton I managed it, maybe the small one next time!! Other less gluttonous dishes are available. The coffee is pretty good as well, If you don’t visit you wlll regret it.
We visit Southwold several times a year, but on December 27th (our Wedding Anniversary) we decided to have lunch at Addams cafe. There were 10 of us and we ordered drinks while we waited for lunch. It was not a problem as we enjoyed catching up with family. The hot drinks were very nice. When we ordered lunch, the lady at the till asked if we were locals. I explained that it was my wedding anniversary. The lunch arrived with great portions and lovely presentation. They also brought over a slice of cake with two forks for myself and my husband, and wished us a happy anniversary. It was a lovely touch and great customer service. Thank you.
It was a beautiful day in Southwold and I had a wonderful time enjoying a couple of glasses of wine in the cafe courtyard. The icing on the cake was the excellent customer service from Rowan!
Stopped for a light bite during a day trip to Southwold. The cafe was lovely and clean and staff friendly (member of staff even offered to take a group photo for us). The cheese tomato scones were delicious but wish the butter hadn't been so hard as it was near impossible to spread. However, overall a great pit stop.
