Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Well, atmosphere doesn’t count, it’s a take go place.The guys at this location do their best… a lot of times, there’s only 2 guys up front making pizzas, another in back trying to red up the crusts get the front guys everything that goes on top of the crusts.Your pizza(s) might not be ready to pick up at times, and especially on $10 Tuesdays you may need to wait (even if you put an order in online) because they are so understaffed.I only feel it necessary to point this out because they are woefully understaffed. As a person who works in a non-service industry which is also understaffed, I feel for these guys. They honestly seem to be doing the best they can.

Ordered my pizza online, came in at the specified ready time to find that my pizzas were never started. Waited there for over 2hrs waiting on them to complete my order. Everyone else was served besides me. I get that it's busy, but still...there were 4 boys working on pizzas. They didn't even have the right breadsticks for my order and to top it off they were terrible! Still waiting on the promised refund the worker said they would give me. Did the online survey and asked to be contacted...not surprised they haven't contacted me. This is literally the 3rd chance I've given Papa Murphys and they've failed me EVERY TIME....

We have been long-time customers of this location, and my son has worked at others in the area. We have celiac in our family and have always been able to get the gf pizza on special for the $10 Tuesdays until today. I'm not paying $18 for a medium pizza when we always got them for the $10 price. We will drive farther from home to support a location that isn't trying to make more money off dietary issues.

This Papa Murphy's has to be the dirtiest restaurant in Wauwatosa. I went in to grab a Cowboy pizza and as I was walking in there was trash and debris outside and inside the door. There's a dirty smell to this location as well. I went to the counter to order my pizza and look over at the prep counter and it was filthy. Now this was at 1:30ish in the afternoon on a Saturday and there was ample works that could have better maintained things.
