Very clean, friendly and fast. Would be more convenient if bathrooms were open for public use.

I like Jimmy John's ally. But the wauwatosa,wi location I didn't like. The bread was too crispy. I don't know if they do this at any point, but they have scratched out the middle of the bread and left the crust. Made for a hard and chewing sub.

Fast and friendly, but 6 out of 8 people behind the counter making sandwiches wore their masks improperly- covering their mouth but NOT their nose. I presume that these same folks are lax outside of work too. I would avoid this place until after the pandemic is over
