When I spoke to manager, I was told that sometimes this happens and I should get my money back in two days. it was FIVE days now. what if I needed that money. it was not a 20th order
I put in an app order at 6:10 and waited till 6:50 for an update. I called the store and the girl working there said that my order has been ready for 20mins. I told her I didn’t receive an update saying my order was ready. She said, the new employee forgot to put in that it was done, and they don’t call unless your order has been sitting there for 3hrs!! 3hrs!!No apologies for their mistake or wait time. Find a different Jimmy John’s!
I will not order from State Street again. I've been waiting for about 2 hrs for my order and I live 5 minutes away by car . They close soon. I've checked on my order 4 times and was told it's in route. This is the 2nd and last chance I will give them.
Absolutely disappointed! I have ordered from jimmy johns at least 10 times and every single time my order is wrong or something is missing. I even double check my receipt to make sure I ordered it correctly. I understand that it gets very busy around lunch time but ,this is extremely unacceptable. I’ve had my money returned, I’ve waited the hour it takes to bring the items back to me and I’ve gotten the item credited to me and all I want is just for once to get my order correct. I work at the nearby hospital so I barely have enough time to eat let alone wait additional time for my order to come correct. I will no longer be ordering from this location. Please correct this. Please!
I ended up having to cancel my delivery order after they failed to deliver my order after 2.5 hours. I totally get that businesses are struggling to find workers, but they should not be offering delivery if they can’t meet their commitments.
