Ca’lucchenzo - Wauwatosa

I'm just gonna check the two things I had. for a main course, pappardelle al Ragù di carne for dessert, frittelle di semola. the pasta tastes good, but the dish consists almost completely of noodles. the pasta sauce has almost no meat. odd in anbetracht der carne is in the description. a little misleading to say that at least. the ratio in my teller was probably 95% noodles 5% ground pig. for $26, the sauce must have more meat it is a really simple solution for management to consider. otherwise they end quite bored the plate after 10 bites. meat added sort. the donuts offered as dessert were served cold (probably should be heated) and there is no unforgettable quality to be honest. I suggest customers try something else. I'm sure the other desserts were much better. average road experience as a whole. I would imagine that many of the 5 star ratings here are cognitive dissonance. I spent a tonne, so it was well thought process. I just haven't experienced anything super remarkable and I've spent a lot of frustrating.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish at this restaurant! The menu was amazing and my family wanted to try everything. Thankfully, we had an incredible server named Amanda H who guided us through the menu and wine selection, and we were not disappointed. A special shoutout to Amanda for being such a positive and helpful presence throughout the night. We can't wait to come back!

That was truly the best little Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is simply amazing. I will definitely be returning.

Everything was absolutely delicious. we smiled ohr to ohr with how happy the dishes made us! the aromen and textures were amazing and well thought out. the personal from the moment when we had Ca’lucchenzo from the moment when we were gone was so inviting. service was amazing from beginning to end. highly recommended to visit this place. we drove from madison and cannot wait to return!

The food at this restaurant is incredible, and the service is even better! It is definitely the best authentic Italian restaurant we have tried in Milwaukee, and possibly even in the entire US. Our waiter, Anthony, and the hostess went above and beyond with their service.
