Weasels - WAUPACA

This restaurant permanently closed after Friday, September 30th, 2022. I will miss it.

The restaurant was extremely busy. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and waited for 90 minutes. After finally finding the waitress, she informed us that she had just moved our order to the top, but it would still be an additional 20 minutes. In total, we waited for 2 hours. This place may have had a good reputation in the past, but I am somewhat relieved that it is no longer in business. It is worth noting that they have since sold and closed down. As of October 2022, they are permanently closed.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent! They specialize in thin crust pizzas with high-quality toppings. I especially enjoy the spicy sausage. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always bustling with customers.

After waiting for an hour and a half, I received the potato skins, which were technically accurate but not what I had hoped for at the price of $10. The food was barely warm. If you are visiting from out of town, I would recommend calling Pizza Hut instead.

Wait staff was attentive when we walked in and our party ordered water to begin with. She gave us our menus, brought water and disappeared, never to be seen again. No one else appeared to even notice us sitting there. The one waitress that was in area did great job of keeping her back to us and avoiding any eye contact or our gesture of asking for her attention. I would not recommend this place if you were hungry or thirsty because you'll go hungry. I will say they were helpful in helping us find a place called The Squares Restaurant as when we left there we ran across this place. Food was great and waitstaff was attentive and personable and owner cane around to make sure ask was good. Big difference.
