Tex-a-consin Mobile Bbq Smokehouse

After driving by this place dozens of times my boyfriend and I finally got the chance to stop in and grab some food while talking to the owner. Terrance, is a man from Texas who has a partnership with a man from WI, hence the name. Terrance is a real guy with lots of experience, so make sure you talk to him while waiting for your food. I ordered the pulled pork $15) and my boyfriend ordered the brisket sandwich $5). Terrance made sure to give us a good portion on both. When we got home, the food was still warm, and we ate it gladly. The best way to summarize the overall experience is that hard working people make good quality.

I got two samplers and tried all the meats. Everything was amazing and has a great real smoked taste!

Had the brisket at a graduation party. Pretty delish. I'll update the review once I go in person to the actual location. The catering setup looked great and the pulled pork was great too.
