Kfc - Waukesha

I've had some disappointing experiences with KFC recently, so I was pleasantly surprised by my visit this time. The staff was friendly, and the food arrived promptly. For the first time, our order was accurate. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a hearty warm meal!

I love eating at KFC, but the staff is always dirty. Most people I care about their work and it shows, but it's always a bad mood. Now I do not personally consider KFC responsible for a misguided employee, but this is a review of the specific location, so I have received an accurate assessment of the quality of the service I have received. I ordered a famous bowl minus chicken because I am vegetarian and I got a famous bowl with chicken. I informed the staff at the counter and she was buried that I ordered a famous bowl without chicken. Remember, chicken is added to the bowl, it is not included during production, so it is easy to add only not chicken. Well... in the second attempt that I received a famous bowl of chicken again at this point, I re-informed the counter staff and the level of the bad attitude I received was as if I were just encrypting the person's car. I felt ashamed to be a vegetarian. At the third attempt, my order was correct, but it seemed that I had received half a full dish of potatoes and corn with very little cheese. Admittedly, all KFC sites are NOT equal, but I will not visit this special location again for some time.

An employee cleaned the tables with his yellow basket while I eat. The water seemed dirty, but it didn't change the water or the mob. He didn't even wear Glooves. I looked at the kitchen inside and there were some food fragments on the floor. The ice for the coke came out, all melted like Sherbet ice cream. The taste of food was not so bad, but not good.

Wasn't at KFC for years. The chicken and cookies were great. However, the order and then actually what we ordered was a little problem. We ended up with Coleslaw for a meal instead of both. Get mashed potatoes and Gravy (which I specifically said we didn't want) and didn't get our Mac cheese. There was an 8-minute waiting time for the extra crispy. Very, very poor service.

To add to the issues, the dark meat was overcooked to the point of being burnt, while the chicken tenders were undercooked. The potatoes had been sitting out so long that there was a hole in the Styrofoam container. Additionally, the napkins were crumpled and carelessly thrown into the bag, and I was only offered three sauce packets, which I found insufficient. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
