Fresh Mediterranean Express - Waukee

It is a sweet little restaurant with one of the best dishes. One of the best Mediterranean food I had in Desmoines. It is fresh, tasty and appetizing. The service is friendly and fast. Me and my husband ordered chicken plate. It had Pita bread, hummus, rice, chicken cabobs, grilled vegetables and salad. The crowd was more than enough for one. Kabobs and vegetables were perfectly grilled with delicious smokey taste. We had Baklava as a dessert and it was also delicious

Eating is really good. I would be regular if the rice bowls weren't like $13 dollars and I'm still bedded for tips on the ride. Why not only increase your prices, then give this revenue to employees so that they are not forced to pray tips? Tipping must die and restaurant owners must pay their employees and not allow customers to subsidize their employee's paychecks. $20 for a rice bowl and side of Pita bread and hummus and they still have the boldness to ask for tips?
