The delivery address of the La Tortilla Factory facility is easy to find on most trucking GPS devices and a simple Google search (which offers the Google Maps feature).Furthermore, the staff are friendly and professional (in which I was allowed an early unload before my 09:00 am appointment and I was provided great instruction on to how park best for the live-unload).As a result of the small MINKER street (and the large 53’ Dry Van trailer and semi-truck), I had to park street side to the facility for the live unload. So, there was no dock door available for me but the staff was safe and quick with the unloading (which shockingly took about 30 minutes for 17 pallets of large bagged flour/mill).In addition to that, there was no overnight parking available and all of the streets (leading) near the La Tortilla Factory facility are small and tight while having many parked automobiles street side (which makes maneuverability dangerous and highly risky).
Best authentic Mex burrito in Santa Cruz county....and very reasonably priced. Forget the price gouging Taco trucks--go here to the back of the store where they have an authentic Mex kitchen The food is GRRRREAT!
This factory makes Totopos Estilo Casero tortilla chips. These chips taste like corn meal, have none of the sweetness of real corn. As mentioned in another review the chips taste a little of rancid grease, which masks any taste of salt. They are thick, not crisp, and hard on the teeth. I have tried numerous different brands of tortilla chips and despite being expensive $3.29/18 oz. , La Rosa tortilla chips are at my ratings bottom similar in taste to Dollar Tree tortilla chips.
Their tortillas aren’t as good as Guerrero tortillas
