Fruition Brewing - Watsonville

Some of my favorite beer and a great atmosphere. The kind staff just makes it that much better.

They make awesome beer. Of all varieties. The complexity and crispness are top notch in all their beers. They make particularly outstanding fruit snack beers very innovative flavors and the fruit comes through so cleanly. But really all of them are very good. Hindsight cafe which operates out of their brewery is solid although a bit pricey. I had some very nice clam chowder and kale ceasar. The chowder could have used a little more salt, but was a really good consistency and had a very well balanced seafood flavor. I enjoyed the ceasar dressing not too heavy, not too light. And they sprinkled nutritional yeast on the salad which I thought was genius. Nice big space with plenty of outdoor seating.

Staff of Life is such an oasis in South County. Go for a dawn hike in Mount Madonna then breakfast at Staff. Superb!

This place is all good vibes, good brews, and good food! Their staff is super friendly and they have ample indoor and outdoor seating. The guava buzz beer was delicious- definitely a friendly drink for anyone who is uncertain about beer. It also paired exceptionally well with the lobster roll we ordered. I love that their menu is so extensive. They also do samples if you're uncertain about what to drink! The plaza in which they're located has a ton of parking and cute shops around, making this a great place to hang out on a weekend. Come give this place a try!
