Bidrage med feedbackI can't believe I never heard of this restaurant. it is honestly the best to eat that I had in santa cruz county. in any case was not expected such an amazing meal, especially when the restaurant in any kind of business building. the appetizers are great and very cheap. the salads are usually under $20 and are huge. one of my favorite things about the restaurant is the menu. I was not in a restaurant where I liked almost every single item on the menu. recommend definitiw
Eat the worst I ever had. the atmosphere was very unpleasant, and the workers did not see happy to be there at all. 1 busser just walked around and around in a circle in the dining area, and never took any dishes from our table. I never give back.
Service is great. everyone is friendly and attentive. the breakfast was okay. Eat needed a little more taste. a good choice to have dinner.
Atmosphere was welcoming, eating was excellent, my wife said it was the best lasagna she had ever had, and I enjoyed the lamb chops! great eating, we also had the mauii wobbles! our server was very friendly and helpful. she was new and tried to give us the best service she could, overall a great place. we come back!
I have been a long-time customer of California Grill and avid support of locally-owned restaurants. In the experience coming here, they've had good quality dishes and customer service. However, over the last couple of visits, the quality of food and service has declined. This last visit we experienced the worse customer service from our waiter by far. We waited 45 minutes, and our main entree order had not been taken; when I flagged our waiter down to let him know we were ready, we replied with a rude tone that he would be right there and kept walking away. No apologies for the wait when he approached us for our order; our drinks were never refilled; in fact, we had to go to the bar and pay for more drinks. The food was overcooked and over seasoned. Unfortunately, this experience was totally unavoidable if they trained their staff in customer service. I will say the busser that night was very attentive, the wait staff could take a few pointers from him.
