Burger King - Watkins Glen

I went to the restaurant wearing a dress, and one of the male workers openly stared at my chest. When I confronted him about his behavior, he quickly looked away. His name tag read Terry Hanville. I felt extremely uncomfortable and violated, especially considering I am a minor.

The restaurant has consistently gotten my husband's order wrong the last five times I have ordered for him. Even though the person taking my orders repeated it back to me twice, when I asked if the sauce was in the bag, they assured me it was. Unfortunately, when I got home, the order was incorrect yet again. It took over an hour this time, even though I had a line of cars behind me and tried to speed up the process by double-checking.

Whenever I visit this Burger King, something always goes wrong! I usually let it slide, but it happens every time! Unbelievable! This was the worst experience I've had at a Burger King. I apologize.

In the heat of the pandemic came the branch leader to test positiw for kovid. and did not wear a mask all the time or wore it inappropriate. such a health risk for every employee and hospites.

One of my favorite fast food places (that's the reason for the stars). Unfortunately, the service wasn't good... Like at all. But that's a common theme I'm seeing from the fast food industry.
