Kaspas - Watford

The meal was enjoyable, but the temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortably warm at around 40 degrees. The door was only opened towards the end of our visit. Additionally, there was a constant beeping noise every 5 seconds throughout our entire meal, which was quite bothersome.

My niece ordered dessert from a restaurant in the North so we could celebrate with her through 'Just Eat'. It took over an hour for the dessert to arrive, and to make matters worse, they forgot to include the cookie dough! The service was not as good as it was when they first opened.

My sister and I visited and split a waffle but made a mistake when ordering and said we wanted the Strawberry Delight when we wanted the Strawberry Indulgence. The manager was very accommodating and redid our order which was a great show of good customer service and it was very kind of her. Apart from the initial 40minute wait which did seem quite extreme for one waffle the experience was very good. One issue we had was the insanely loud music and they paid terrible covers which made the experience slightly unbearable. We will definitely be back to try some other things but I can definitely recommend the waffle!

The place was busy as expected and there was very limited car park spaces available in this area, difficult to find a spot. The toilets could have done with more cleaning and the floor was very wet. Friendly quick service.

I went there on a Friday evening to order a quick milkshake to take away whilst my husband was waiting to collect a meal in the take away a few doors away. The restaurant was pretty quiet when I got in even though there were 5 staff members around so I thought that would be a quick visit there was only 1 table waiting to be served and 2 delivery guys waiting for their orders before me. I noticed that 2 waitresses were in the main restaurant and a guy at the till but the 2 other guys seem to be spending all their times at the back (kitchen staff quarters? laughing and joking. I was talking with one of the uber food delivery guy about the long wait and he showed me the order that he was waiting for which had been made 45 minutes ago!!! After 20 minutes waiting for my milkshake and still seeing that 2 of the staff members were doing nothing around the back I went to ask the gentleman at the till when I was likely to get my order made as otherwise I would like to cancel it. He acted Straight away and he called the 2 guys at the back and they proceeded with mine and the uber food delivery guys’s order which was then done in 5 minutes!!!! Really not impressed with this kind of service (apart from the guy at the till who sorted the issue so would not recommend it if you are in a hurry or simply don’t fancy waiting a long time around !However the milk shake was really nice!
