Humo - Watford

We were so impressed by our meal, especially the octopus bowl on trüffelmash. All we ordered was extremely delicious that we cannot wait to visit again.

Last night we visited the newest restaurant in Watford, we were greeted and served by the passionate young owner who made sure we were looked after the whole evening. Their octopus is one of the best in London, beating the renowned Halepi in Notting Hill. Highly recommend. Another highlight was the cheesecake, in house baked. The menu is overseen by a Spanish Head chef and the attention to detail and real enjoyment for food is something you can sense almost instantly by starting with the smaller plates. Lots of vegetarian options. All meat is halal. Pineapple Martini mocktail was 10/10 with citrus and egg white. Cozy atmosphere, dimmed lighting, perfect date night. I look forward to dining there again, sooner than later.

Humo is a lovely restaurant, we got a warm welcome on arrival and were really impressed by the decor, lighting and style of the place. We ordered cocktails which were gorgeous. The service was fantastic. The food was quite tasty, although the portions were really small for the price. Overall we had a really nice time just a little disappointed with the food.
