Caffe Nero - Watford

Lovely food and far better coffee than their rivals like costa! First time at a cafe Nero. Great service and the food is brilliant

I go every other day and the staff recognise me and always know what drink I want. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the drinks are always warm and tasty. It is a busy store and there can be a queue at most times. I'm surprised Caffe Nero haven't updated the store like others and only having two members on site isn't good especially as one is often needed to clean and clear the store, as the other is left to deal with the hordes single-handed. And that disabled toilet seriously needs upgrading. It can honk at times. Overall, it is a great store to go to that Caffe Nero need to value.

The staff here make you feel unwelcome, they all talk in their own language, ignore you are very abrupt rude when serving, there is no customer service or service with a smile! Very sad as it was our first visit since lockdown

Rude unfriendly staff that are quite nasty have spoilt a lovely family get together, by being insulting offensive unhelpful not assisting with a problem, in fact going out of their way to solve something.

Coffee and service is very good but the place looks a bit worn out . A great location to spend some time and enjoy a flat white, meal and ginger shot .
