Tano's Pizza - Waterville

Lack of customer service! I waited over an hour and no pizza. I called back and the person on the phone said no order for my location was placed. Then proceeded to insinuate my card was declined! Really?? Not possible but even if so, shouldn't you have told me that when I was placing the order! I'm just beside myself that this person made me feel like this, like it was all my fault. I guess I'll stick with the other local pizza places. At least they treat you better.

We ordered from Tano’s for the first time tonight. Our pizza was decent, and it arrived sooner than expected which was great, but I wish I would’ve known that when I was ordering breadsticks I was actually just ordering overdone pizza crusts. From pictures I’ve seen on social media, I anticipated these being thick and soft. They were very very thin (like thickness of a pinky finger or smaller) and very burnt we ended up just throwing them out. A bummer since I even spent extra for dipping sauce for them.

Terrible place. Tomato sauce on cardboard. We DO NOT recommend. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
