Pizza Hut - Waterville

The boneless hot wings, pasta, and pizza were outstanding. Definitely a must-try!

Parking in front of the restaurant is quite limited. There are two designated spaces for contactless pick-up, but they are seldom used. If these spots were utilized more effectively, I believe my overall experience as a customer would improve, as it would make it easier to park and conveniently pick up my order inside the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Although my delivery driver was delayed for an hour while waiting for Dash to respond, this was beyond anyone's control. In the end, I decided to pick up my order, which was really no trouble at all. One employee went above and beyond to ensure my experience remained positive despite the wait, and she truly succeeded. I appreciated the time she took to assist me, and the food was still fantastic. It's impressive how well they managed everything, especially considering they were working alone. Their positive attitude during what I know can be a challenging time was commendable. I would rate it a perfect 10/10, and I genuinely wish I had caught her name because she was absolutely incredible.

My order was ready earlier than indicated and I received no notification of such. Pizza was not real warm even though it was placed in warming unit. Pizza was good just had to put in microwave to have it hot.
