The food was decent but not great. Nice concept for Watertown. I found our total bill to be on the high side for what we got. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Bar in city center with a very extensive drink menu and pretty broad tapas menu. The food was good, the drinks were fine none of it was life changing great, but it was a decent place to spend the evening, with a bonus the evening we were there of a trivia contest. Worth a visit, and even a revisit. (Not sure why this is listed as BEL3 vs Spokes, as that 's the name on the website and on the storefront. First time in Watertown. Read reviews on Spokes so decided to give them a try. Spokes did not disappoint. Dillon was awesome and the food was excellent. We had smokey chicken Flatbread and teriyaki meatballs. So many great options to chose from. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

It's a little expensive on the food end considering they are only tapas, but it's still delicious. The workers are very friendly and inviting which gives the place a great ambiance.
