Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I want the manager to see this when they get to the store. I tried to call and file a complaint and the supervisor Jayden said the manager wasn't in for the weekend and tried to fix the issue, but I wanted to speak to the person in charge. I am appalled by some of the workers lack of hygiene. I ordered my food and was watching as they made it and saw something drip onto my food. I looked up and couldn't see anything from the ceiling. I looked at the worker and he was sweating into my food. I get the attention of the person helping another worker take another customer's order. She told him to go to the back quickly and when he slammed his hands on the maker turned around more sweat went onto the pizza maker. She apologized and said that they are going to clean off the line and replace my pizza. I was disgusted. This worker was dripping in sweat when there is AC and a fan and had to be told to go clean off. If you are dripping in sweat, you are able to feel it. I accepted the pizza and went home and was telling this to my husband and he said that I need to tell the person in charge. I called the store, and the supervisor Jayden informed me that she can make a solution for me and that the manager isn't in until Monday. She was nice but not who I wanted to talk to. Since I couldn't talk to the manager, I will be handling this myself and I will be posting this review everywhere I can to have this issue resolved. It was utterly repulsive and a serious violation of basic food safety standards. I cannot recommend this Papa Murphy's to anyone. It is imperative that the management takes immediate action to address the severe hygiene issues. The unhygienic conditions and the incident of a worker sweating into the food are unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the necessary steps are taken to improve the overall cleanliness and professionalism of this establishment for the sake of customers.

Sauce unbelievably thin. The Watertown store is not like other towns; I've probably ordered many hundreds of orders and this is easily the most-disappointing order I've ever experienced. I've ordered from the Watertown store before and this did not match prior orders. Either a new trainee or spray bottle is the only explanation Will order takeout from somewhere else next time, definitely not worth $50 for 3 mediocre pizzas. Will order once I return to WA state, never again in Watertown SD

Manager and a staff member were making snide comments and staring at us for no reason i was very polite

I picked a pizza up tonight and like always, it was perfect ratio all around. Thanks ladies, ur awesome. So good!
