Mcdonald's - Watertown

The service was quick, even during a busy peak hour. The food was freshly prepared and served hot. All of our orders for six people were accurate, and the staff accommodated our special requests perfectly.

It's McDonald's, just like you'd expect. However, they really need to improve the layout of their parking lot; I think the pick-up lines are angled too sharply.

I ordered a Little Mac along with a few other items, and unfortunately, the bun was quite burnt. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the rest of my order was excellent. The interior has really been upgraded; it now feels very modern and clean. I was also impressed with the new play area for kids. The staff were handing out fun activities for the children, which was a nice touch. If possible, consider expanding the parking lot. Great job, everyone!

This McDonald's is family-friendly and perfect for a quick meal. If you're visiting with children, I highly recommend this location; it's much better than the one in Drum.

The McDonald's on Arsenal Street in Watertown is fantastic. My food arrived without any issues and was hot and fresh. The staff did a great job—thank you!
