Domino's Pizza - Watertown

Consistently excellent, as far as Domino's goes. The staff is friendly and courteous. I always order carryout, and my orders are always ready when promised. A nice perk is their late-night hours! The store appears clean, even at closing time. A great option for Domino's!

I ordered a pan-style pizza and asked for extra mushrooms, but I didn't receive them. Several slices were missing mushrooms altogether. When I say "extra," I really mean a lot!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I ordered two of my pastas as bread bowls, but when they arrived, neither of them was actually a bread bowl. The app doesn’t indicate whether your order is a bread bowl or not, so I was shocked when the person on the phone told me I had ordered regular containers. I knew I had selected the bread bowl option. The person I spoke to sounded irritated that I had called and was very unhelpful, insisting I was mistaken despite the fact that the app doesn’t clarify this. Overall, I am very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted! You guys are lucky I cant post a picture of what we found on our pizza tonight. Trust me you would throw up! Never ever will I be ordering pizza from here or any other place for that matter. Update!! Was able to get pics uploaded ofthe pizza with the nasty stuff. Zoom in and you can clearly see what that is, absolutely disgusting. Just for the record wereturned the pizza got a full refund and refused free food in the future. Owner tried to give me free certificates and they weredenied by us, we told the owner not to worry about it that it would be a waste because we will not be returning ever, notseeking nothing free! We work hard for our money and have no need to try and get free food items. I refuse to supportestablishment that are unhealthy and not clean!

Pizzas never disappoint and the staff is beyond hospitable. What a real domino?s experience should be.
