Daily Buffet - Watertown

What can you say? it is a standard Chinese buffet experience. they have the standard price they expect. there were complaining of people who were sick after coming, but they get that with most buffets. I would encourage people to stay from sushi, although it probably sits out all day. all in all, not much to complain, but not much to write home about both. the service is always decent and the buffet area seems clean. it is also their only choice for a Chinese buffet in watertown!

Meat is burnt and over cooked. Tried to tell staff they said its buffet style and get what ya get. Service was non existing. My family's opinion was it was disgusting. And we went somewhere else to eat dinner.

Went on a Wednesday and no food was left. Sushi was gone, no desserts most of the food was gone and not replenished. Hair found in Mac and cheese. Waiter didn’t remove plates. We will never go back to this place. When I complained they laughed and said they ran out because they were busy but did not discount.

I want to start this review by saying that I used to be a server with over 10 years experience in the restaurant business. Went in for a little get together for a birthday. Waitress was rude to a friend. Waitress brought a drink for my daughter with a straw wrapper in it (trash that didn’t get removed before it went into the dishwasher). Never got refills. Not one. Server never came to check on us. The food wasn’t good. Chicken was more chewy and most of the options were old or over cooked. We all got fortune cookies when we received our checks. The fortune cookies were stale right out of the package. Lol over priced. Floors were sticky. Too many negatives to go back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for options on Google, and we were pleasantly surprised by the buffet. It was a great experience, and the service was impressively fast. We were seated at our table in under a minute and jumped right into the food. The dishes were delicious, especially the walnut chicken and seafood, which I enjoyed the most. The staff was very attentive, and the place was clean. It's also nice to note that there are few restaurants that have separate bathrooms for the staff, so that was a big plus. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
