Chulo Restaurant Bar - Watertown

We were created by a wonderful smiling gentleman called Anil, on which I supported at my meals. My wife knew what she wanted. The restaurant was very clean with beautiful storage room. Everything was made to order and delicious. Hopefully we will return to Chulo sooner than later. Starter was Papadam Bread, which Caraway has seeds. The water is also great.

We had a dinner out here in the middle of October. The food was really good and quite authentic Nepalese (been there). I can't say enough about the service. It was super friendly and excellent. Great experience, reasonable prices.

I had quite the experience having this meal as it was my first dining experience back in New England and everything was perfect: A) the curry has possibly the finest balance of spices of any I’ve had along with the texture just phenomenal B) the garlic naan was perfect as well but I did ask for tamarind sauce on the side (which was just excellent and paired exactly well with the bread and curry) C) The dessert that I had was exquisite as well with the subtle hint of lemon zest really kicking it up. Finally D) the chai tea I had was perfect and a modest way to end a great day, modest but balanced. Would recommend Chulo’s one thousand times over I wish there was a location in Texas!
