Bernardo's Pizzeria - Watertown

During a road trip from Hudson Valley, we made a stop right before closing time. Despite the late hour, the staff kindly agreed to prepare three gluten-free pizzas for us. The pizzas were a great size, too! I highly recommend this place!

The service here is exceptional. They graciously kept the doors open late when we were delayed in picking up our order. The staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. The prices are fantastic, and the gluten-free pizzas are generously sized as well.

I decided to give this restaurant a chance, but my recent experience left me quite disappointed. I ordered two calzones with the same toppings: mushrooms, light sausage, red peppers, and extra sauce. However, what I got were two calzones with one featuring pepperoni and mushrooms, while the other had pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage. To make matters worse, both calzones had barely any sauce, and I'm not sure why that happened. At this point, I'm reconsidering my loyalty to Bernardo's Pizza, and I might not return again.

We really like this place. Really good wings and the pizza probably is the best in entire area. You can tell they care about quality and taking care of customers. Nice and friendly people. Highly recommend this gem.

I wanted to try local pizza, checked the reviews, went and got a pizza and was highly impressed!!! No more Domino's as long as I'm here in NY!!! Thank you!!!
