Uptown Jerk - Waterloo

New place - just 3 months old. Small but clean. Small area to eat-in but we took to go. I had jerk pork and my daughter had jerk chicken. Both dinners come with rice & coleslaw. Good portion and good flavouring. Definitely not hot but we added hot sauce at home. Great find....Very happy to have a good local jerk place as I tend to pick up in Mississauga after meetings.

I visited the restaurant on a Friday evening. The buffet area appeared empty and unappealing, so I immediately left without staying.

This hidden gem in the Waterloo region offers a great deal on their small jerk chicken for $5. It was enough to satisfy my hunger.

This restaurant used to be fantastic, but now it is run by people who don't seem to care about their customers, as the food quality has declined significantly.
