Mr.pretzels - Waterloo

The quality of the pretzels went down so much.Up until a few months ago, I loved having a pretzel from here every time I visited the mall. Now, the process of making a pretzel seems so rushed, it is not tasty anymore.

Whenever I go to the Conestoga mall, I try it for sure! Yum?

I was in purchasing a pretzel and the girl getting my food together was coughing quite a bit, on my food, not covering her mouth. It seemed incredibly not sanitary and in hindsight I wish I didn’t order because I’m sure I’ll get sick now. More due diligence on health and safety is necessary when working with other people’s food. The pretzels are delicious but that was very unsettling and I’m thoroughly grossed out

*chefs kiss* wowzers. I believe the workers name was Shaynita and she was the sweetest kindest food employee I had ever had the pleasure of ordering from and getting to know in that short time.
