Mr. Yin Chinese - Waterloo

Good buns and casseroles. The buns were fluffy and juicy. Food came out quickly.They gave us bottled water from Costco. Place could be cleaner but I had no issues with the food afterwards.Server was friendly and knowledgeable about allergens in the food. Would return! They ran out of dumplings when we came an hour before closing. The beef brisket casserole with vermicelli (this vermicelli noodle is the glass style) was very good! Tasted natural and soothing. I like their chili oil.Dietary restrictions: No peanuts eggs or milk in the dishes I ordered.

Every time I pass by, the smell from grilled meat always makes me sooo hungry. The staffs r soo friendly and nice. With less than $20/person, u can be full for whole night. So the price is really affordable.

I am not sure how authentic it is; but braised beef with rice noodles is good. I recognize the spices for braised beef. I think the steam dumplings are better than steam bobo. The skin of steam dumplings are thinner whereas the steam bobos are thicker. They have a lot of dishes. For sure I will come back and try other dishes.Food: 4/5
