Lin's Garden - Waterloo

I'm so angry and mad! I was in the neighbourhood, so I decided to support lin’s garden restaurant at 600 laurelwood drive by stopping and taking over in light of the Covid-19 contests are faced. I ordered the C9-Combo plate....I was opened to house to find the container not even half filled. no chicken, only a tasteless orange-yellow coloured rice with some dried hen. maybe a tablespoon of boneless spare ribs any size of a band. the paprikasteak with tweepers had very little bark meat and many large pieces of uncooked green paprika. it is a 25-minute drive from restaurant to house, so I did not want to go back. I called the restaurant and said the person who made my food, how terrible it was and that they should not serve the customers so terrible eating. he offered to remake the food, but I didn't want to spend an hour her and back home. they can read all my other reviews to see that I rarely write a bad review and never an evaluation of this bad!

Last weekend we ordered the exit from lin’s garden. compared to other Chinese restaurants in the region this was not great. the egg rolls were tasteless, the rice was a bright yellow color and tasted, the huh wasn't the right texture that. chicken balls were full of fat and burned, and our sweet plate literally had no sweetness in it. I would not recommend this place with so many other options. we thought we would try it because it was closer to the house.

Delicious food, great choice. great place to take out Chinese, I recommend and would go back any time

Lin’s garden is the absolute best Chinese place in all kitchener waterloo, eating is done quickly, the service is fantastic and they even do delivery! also the restaurant could not be more comfortable! Not to mention the eating is simply exquisite! it is absolutely nothing bad to say about this fabulous place!

We've been going here for many years (probably almost 10 years and have always enjoyed it and recommended it to others. It was the ONLY place we would go for Chinese food! A couple months ago we noticed a change-everything tasted a bit different (and...not in a good way! . We thought we would try it again and once again we were disappointed. Appears to be new ownership and they changed things enough that we probably won't go back.
