Healthy Owl - Waterloo

We were searching for a satisfying meal. This restaurant definitely delivered, but we felt that our dishes could have used more herbs and spices for enhanced flavor. It seems that healthy eateries often lack in presentation; it doesn't have to be that way. The staff was welcoming and the menu had good options. It would be a convenient choice for morning commuters and office workers in the area.

Beautiful small place to take a snack or meal. the hotel is located in a strip mall, the inner is much more welcoming. there are some tables to eat and stool at the window bar. many healthy muffins and places to choose together with one. selection of drinks.

The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh, healthy, and delicious! They are handling the current COVID situation well by wiping down everything after customers pick up their food. I feel very safe and confident that my meal is prepared with care. Great job!

Every time I go to buy my bran muffin treatment, there is no left, so either they make 2 muffins a day or not at all. when they get one, it is very good and delicious and not dry. other menu items look good...and healthy, so one day I will go for a little lunch.
