I had a wonderful experience at your restaurant, and I want to especially highlight one of the staff members who was incredibly helpful in guiding me with my meal choices. I'm very grateful for their assistance. Moreover, it's clear that all the employees are dedicated and working hard.

I went to pick up a mobile order and saw that they were training a new employee. However, when I got home and checked my order, everything was messed up. They left out the lettuce, confused hot peppers with olives, and I ended up with hot sauce instead of chipotle, among other errors.

The server handed me a chicken burger despite my clear request for a beef burger. I don't really mind that it's still called a burger, but it was just mediocre.

The hot dogs and onion rings were really impressive, but what stood out even more was Avi, the gentleman who helped me when I placed my order. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and handled my order with great efficiency. I felt it was important to leave a review to recognize him. Thank you, Avi!

The service we experienced was quite disappointing. Before my dad and I were served, an Indian gentleman was attended to, and I couldn't shake the feeling that the treatment was unfair and biased. When I raised this concern, the staff informed me that they had already processed his order. While all the staff members were of Indian descent, I believe that should not influence the quality of service anyone receives, regardless of their background.
