Crabby Joe's • Grill - Waterloo

The restaurant was dirty, and it seemed no one was cleaning up. There were at least five tables around us with leftover food and dirty dishes. I ordered a drink that was completely unappetizing, and after taking just one sip, I asked to return it, but they still charged us for it. The staff appeared lazy; we waited 15 minutes before anyone took our order. I would not recommend this place and definitely won't be returning.

I visited on wing night and was disappointed to find out that the meal was dine-in only after placing my order, so I couldn't take anything home. That was frustrating. I won't be coming back. I’ve had better food, flavors, and service at Wild Wing.

Parking is plentiful in the plaza, and there isn't much traffic, which is a plus. As for accessibility, the entire space is on one level, with no steps or ramps, making it easily accessible for those in wheelchairs.

Crabby Joe's is truly a hidden treasure, offering exceptional value for the food and a tempting deal of half-off appetizers after 9 PM. I am consistently impressed by the delicious dishes and affordable prices. The chance to enjoy tasty appetizers at such a great discount is a delight that keeps me returning for more. Crabby Joe's, you definitely deserve my five-star rating for your outstanding value and irresistible flavors.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is wonderful, and the food is really tasty. I've visited Crabby Joe's several times in the past, but I was disappointed with our server, Dale, this time. His arrogance had a negative impact on our experience.
