Caravan Cafe - Waterloo

Williams Cafe is my go-to spot whenever I am craving a Good Coffee and a Snack. Their bagels are so soft and warm. They have great food options on their menu including sandwiches; wraps; baked goods etc. The staff is very friendly and caring. This particular location is in a huge plaza so there is lots of parking. They have great seating area indoors as well as outdoors. Definitely recommend this spot!

Great service! The chicken pesto sandwich was alright although it was slightly dry and had a poor chicken to bread ratio. Other than that, it was quite yummy. Thanks William :

Love their red-pepper tomato soup. It’s the best! Also great atmosphere here, it’s the ideal hangout/study spot.

This restaurant is a great spot to hang out with friends. The space is large and the service is nice. They offer indoor and outdoor seating options. I have only tried their iced teas and shakes, which were excellent. The only small issue is the wait time and the staff sometimes has trouble locating customers.

I have been a customer at this restaurant for the last five years. My boyfriend has been coming here for 15 years and it has become his favorite coffee spot. I completely agree with him. We love the friendly and awesome service from Matt. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the coffee is consistently perfect, and they offer a variety of delicious food options.
