I am disgusted with this place. My son was fired from his job that he only started 3 weeks ago. Apparently he was told that he was too slow, although he was never actually told this. He was called in to pick up his paycheque Thursday and should have been told then not to return. Instead, he showed up for a shift 2 days later expecting to work and was told at that time he was no longer needed and left 10 minutes later to walk home. He wasn't even let go by his proper supervisor. Seems the produce manager needs some sensitivity training. I would love to hear from anyone else who had a teenaged child dismissed from this business. I have seen a few comments on the feed. I will never step foot in this place again. Completely disgusted with how they treat their young staff! My son is better off without this job.

Bob's Independent Grocer is a great place to shop for groceries. This local grocery store is always very clean and fresh and they have specials all the time on different items. They have a wonderful lunch takeout inside the store too. The employees are helpful and available, and myself being a bit older, i appreciate the pleasant customer service not found at some other grocery stores. Support local business. 5 stars.

Has all the basics and a little bit more at reasonable prices. It's very clean and well organised with friendly, efficient staff. Store is in a great location Uptown Waterloo with lots of parking.

Friendly staff. They let me put my escooter in the cart since there's nowhere safe to lock it up.Other than that, your usual fare.

I believe cashiers should still be required to ask if the shopper has a pc optimum card available or not because when stressed people struggle remembering these things especially since Covid people’s memories are not what they used too. I find not asking is underhanded.
