Big Texas Burgers & BBQ - Waterloo

Went there today for lunch, not greatest burger (Triple "Eh" burger) I've ever tasted but it was good. The people working there were super friendly, ate their with some fiends - we all enjoyed it. I would go back maybe try something else next time.

Today , I went to big Texas bbq for lunch with my son. The food was totally disgusting, nothing fresh, and everything was microwaved. The decor of the restaurant was beat up, dated, and smelled of dirty water used to mop the floor. This is big Texas, and the decor looked irrelevant to the name of the restaurant . Not as long as I live, would I ever eat here again. When my Mac and cheese was done , the cook haha! Took it out of the microwave and it was still in the shape of its container .there was no salt or pepper .thumbs down.

Ribs taste like ****, I thought I was eating a Tree Branch. The onion rings didn't contain onions, it tasted like rubber bands. The soup was not eatable, I'd rather have campbell soup.

The food here is unreal. I had the mac and cheese burger one of the messiest and most delicious things ive ever had. The restaurant is clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and were able to set me up with the best possible toppings for the sandwich. Will be going again

Has a neat selection of pulled pork, burgers, ribs and brisket. The portions are huge and the price is higher than McDonalds, but worth the try. They say the pulled pork is their specialty, but I didn't find that out till after my order was cooked. I had a chili burger. Will have to go back again to try the pulled pork and ribs.
