Comme A La Maison - Waterloo

This was our first visit to the restaurant and unfortunately, we will not be returning. The appetizers were disappointing - the garlic shrimp lacked garlic flavor and the Lebanese platter was lacking in variety. We had to share each dish as the portions were small: the calamari had a strange taste, the prawns were not cleaned properly, and the salads were not fresh. We were so unsatisfied with the meal that we decided to skip dessert and coffee and leave.

We were extremely impressed by the food quality at this lovely, recently renovated restaurant. The owner was very friendly, the service was top-notch, and the food was incredibly authentic and delicious. Everything was very fresh and well-prepared. Highly recommended!

The restaurant has a very good kitchen, but it is unfortunately spoiled by a boss who does not smile. I would even say they are unpleasant!
