Coffee Bagels - Waterloo

Great service, good food, and although for the most part I had regular coffee instead of some imagination mix it was really good.

Had a chorizo surprise and a green tea... everything was great. Will definitely go back.

I had beaten up during my first review so the number of stars on this review is accurate. Actually I love this Caribou Coffee/Einstein Bagel Shop. The staff is beautiful, the location is comfortable and I really love the French Toast Bagel; wish they had the maple cream cheese... Maybe they'll bring it back.

I enjoyed my bagel and coffee so much this morning, I wanted to give it a good review ASAP. I have a free birthday bag sandwich and a cold brew and they were both amazing. Also the maid was so perky that I almost didn't need the coffee. Excellent service today!

I like this place and so do my kids. Food is good, atmosphere is nice with big windows to let light in. There is a fireplace too for a warm cozy atmosphere. On my most recent visit though, when asked if me and my 2 kids wanted our items to go, I said no, we 'd be eating in. The lady who took our order and my money said, Well, we DO close at 5:00. This was at 4:00. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food and hour before closing. Still, we like this place and will come back.
