Tim Hortons - Waterford

Always stop eating super early to use because I have problems with personal I understand. but I usually order eating through the app and they do not offer any refund for the food they have ordered through the app when they arrive there and they have stopped serving food. they crawl it up to “we are not trained on it”. probably just an apology so they can get their money and don't have to refund them. better!

Never open the hours they post. Always short handed. Always slow. Only Tim Horton with no sweets and low. Wish there was another in my area

They do not cook their food correctly. The employees get rude when you ask it to be done correctly and yell at you. And their donuts are always stale. Go to Dunking Donuts 2 seconds down the street. You'll be much better off.

Not sure what going on here but I'm trapped in line because apparently their doing shift change and counting the drawer. Makes zero sense!. Is that the only drawer they have?. Do they have to stop production to count a couple dollars? I mean I've been here for 20 min and counting. I think it's lunch break and everyone is on it. Poooor management!. They must not know how to stagger lunches

I really enjoy Tim Hortons. I like this location because they seem to always get my order correct and they are polite. Other locations aren't always the same.
