Buffalo Wild Wings - Waterford Twp

I want to thank Syd for being an amazing server at the restaurant. I also want to express my gratitude to the staff for their attentiveness and assistance. I had an uncomfortable situation where a man was staring and approaching me repeatedly. Not only did my server notice and monitor the situation, but she and the manager ensured my safety by escorting me to my car after I finished paying. The food was fantastic as always, and the service was impeccable. Thank you once again.

I ordered a salad that was prepared exactly as I requested, and my husband's chips and cheese were also delicious. The boys had boneless wings and really enjoyed them. However, the fries were a bit too seasoned and dry, but I only realized this at the end of the meal. I am confident that our waitress would have replaced them if we had informed her, which is why I am still giving them 5 stars. My son finished all of his onion rings, so they must have been tasty as well.

Our waiter Hannah was AMAZING! They had excellent table convo, great manners and just overall the best waiter I’ve ever had. We even showed her some funny videos and had a great laugh.

Our server was Hannah and she was fantastic, very kind and recommended trying caramel on the cheese curds. It was delicious and she was great, even watching the silly TikToks we made at the restaurant. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be returning.
