Jumbo Chinese Food - Waterford

The food is always hot and delicious at this restaurant. The service is very fast.

I'm going to go as I call it "Johnny Jumbos" over 20 years. The food is great at affordable prices.

I was a loyal customer for many years, but I will no longer be patronizing this restaurant. The prices have become too high for the mediocre quality of food they are serving. They now charge an extra €1.50 for online payments through platforms like Just Eat or Easy Dish, but they do not accept card payments in-person. This feels like a scam. Furthermore, the food quality has declined ever since they raised their prices to outrageous levels.

My name is Scott Anita and I have been ordering from this restaurant for almost 2 years now. Throughout this time, there have been a few small issues. Today, when we placed our order, I received a small bag of chopped onions and was charged €3 for it, even though I typically spend over €30 each time I visit. While Rachel, who works here, is very friendly, I found the owner to be unfriendly and greedy. Because I was charged for the onions tonight, despite being a loyal customer, I have decided not to return to this restaurant again. I will try out Imperial Garden next time.

I recently ordered chicken satay with fried rice, but I did not receive the rice and the chicken was shredded instead of being in normal pieces. I would not recommend this dish.
