Gino's Pizza - Waterford

Order here often tonight was extremely disappointing kartoffel wedges were soggy we asked twice to be extra crispy and pizza had not double cheese as ordered. for a $65 dollar order when we called customer service, we were offered $10 dollars from the next order. dissatisfied and will find a new pizza place to order from and disappointed in ginos. I am glad to say that we have returned to ginos and the pizza and keile were delicious. we appreciate that the manager has taken the time to contact us personally to do this right. thanks ginos.

After a not the best experience which was made much worse by the call centre and the customer service received over the phone with the said call centre and it 's management. Hettle (sorry if misspelt the owner reached out to me directly and offered to make things right. After a few weeks, we had the time and ordered directly with the owner over the phone. I have to say she really went over and above, and it was quite simply the best Gino 's food and experience ever received. We always ordered through Gino 's while we lived in Hamilton and in no means do they compare to the service nor quality we received last night. Everyone must remember, this is a franchise and the call centre is not a reflection of the independent owner, even though this is the first point of contact, they cannot speak for the actual owner, the call centre. If you can, skip the call centre altogether, call the location directly, you will not be disappointed : Hettle, thank you very much!

Great staff and great pizza! Love coming here once on a while and ordering a pizza for the family. Great flavour! They also have good deals with chicken bits or wings. Last time I was there they were renovating their sitting area. Before, they had two big tables where you could sit and eat or wait for your order. They are very attentive and always timely. They always bring out my pizza order if I am sitting there waiting, I think that is what always encourages me to come back... They are sooo friendly! I can't wait to see the renovations!

Walked in and order 2 walkin specials. they said it would be 20 minutes. said i will just run next door to the store and be back. came back in 20 min exactly and the girls hadn't even started our pizzas. said there were other orders in front of ours. waited another 20 minutes. watched them come out of oven with our first one then an online pizza then the 2nd one. they lied and they stopped making ours to make the online pizza. the one girl swings her pony tail around. no hair net and the wings in the picture had been sitting on the counter when we walked in and were still there more then 40 minutes later and after we left. I would like my tip back because they didn't deserve it and they didn't even make the right pizza. One was wrong. one was right.

The place is inside the Esso. It's also a convenience store. Got a veggie slice. Mushrooms looked old and wrinkly but pizza still tasted good. The Godfather's pizza is next to it but they had 2 slices to choose from
