They did not honor table reservation so had to wait

Eating was terrible and cold. beer was watered down and the service was at best differentiated.

Had the whiskey glazed app. it was good, but very sweet my only problem was the garnel. it was very bland.

Eating was just bad and the waitress made my order wrong. and they didn't even know they were on opentable.

I would recommend TGIF to a friend I’m not really sure about Waterbury location but the food is great at other locations.

I made a reservation on OpenTable but the restaurant did not honor it, so I had to wait for a table.

The food was awful and cold. The beer was weak and watered down, and the service was mediocre at best.

I tried the whiskey glazed appetizer. It was tasty, but overly sweet. My only issue was with the shrimp, which was bland.
