Starbucks - Waterbury

I enjoy dining out like many people! However, I often place mobile orders at Toducks, and when I order from the Southbury location with a projected wait time of 10-12 minutes, I find myself waiting 20-25 minutes for just a single coffee. That can be a bit frustrating, especially when there are four or five baristas on staff.

I wanted to grab a coffee for myself, and my wife wanted to speak with the manager about it. However, I noticed a charge of $25.00 on my American Express card, despite not being able to find any parking spaces. Additionally, I've never used my American Express card at this location on West Main Street, so I'm puzzled as to how I incurred a charge for a gift card that I never ordered or used. Please respond.

The employees are nice and its mostly clean but the drinks and food take a while sometimes. the smell was really nice too

I had the turkey pesto sandwich. It was dry. Even though I saw pesto, it had no taste. They do not have lemons available for plain, unsweetened black iced tea. (It's not a covid thing. Everyone knows you put lemon in it! The kettle potato chips tasted burnt. I hardly ever went to Starbucks before, and now I am sure not to go to another one. Gave them a try. Pretty bad lunch for $12.51.
