Papa John's Pizza - Waterbury

Their deals are great! Time on delivery not so great if you order online like I do... About an hour wait vs calling them up... But if you order online you get a med 2 topping free pizza each time or get points for super saving deals

They're alright. I enjoy their pizza and the ease of ordering online. However the last time I ordered they we're late on delivering my pizza saying something went wrong with their oven and that they we're doing my order now despite that their tracker online saying it was delivered. Needless to say pizza was fine, the popcorn chicken wasn't very good , I dunno it didn't taste like how I remembered. this isnt my first time ordering from them but I have never ever had this problem occur. I love ya Papa John's but my suggestion as a loyal customer who is still going to continue ordering from you , if your oven is on the fritz it would be considerate of you to call the consumer and let them know.

This is the only pizza place near me that will deliver and was open when I placed an order online they cancelled it 10 minutes later without letting me know I called them and asked why and they said they didn’t have any drivers... really? How does a pizza place not have any drivers and why wasn’t I contacted in the first place?? This was my first and last time ever ordering from here never have I been so upset with a restaurant. There goes my dinner.

I give 5 stars as we made our order, no extra hidden costs, and we got our pizza in about 5-10 minutes. It is easy to miss from the road if you are not familiar with the location as Google Maps us at the place over 100 yards. Pizza was just as I remember when I was a kid, but much smaller than before, but times change. We won't take off any stars.

I order from here OFTEN. It's hit or miss with the delivery folks and how long they take. A lot of times they are short staff and have only one person doing deliveries. Other times, the delivery is super fast so you just don't know what you'll get. Otherwise, the pizza, garlic knots, and wings are consistently good so I continue to take the chance on delivery lol UPDATED: I believe this place is closed which is a huge loss to me as it was one of the places I could get a pizza and/or wings during late hours. Really bummed
