Henders Bake Shop - Waterbury

We thought there was coffee and breakfast on the way back to Boston. We loved our visit! We tried the breakfast sandwich, the egg was perfectly cooked, bacon was delicious. We took more than a few of their pastries for the streets. We sat for a while, killed the drive and talked to the owners. They were very friendly, so it surprised me to see reviews on the contrary. Loved that the ceramic cups were made by the owner and the Collander lights in the restroom cute! Very recommended!

I was surprised with little cakes for my birthday party at Henders! The almond cake, Swiss Roll and Iced/Sprinkled Chocolate Cake had to die!! We had more to rehearse and all were wonderful!! But these were my Favs. Thanks to Anne and Jared for the B-Day treats. And thanks to Henders for keeping the training! Yumm-o!!!

Hender organized an event for work yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Breakfast, a wide selection of breads, muffins and scones, exceeded my expectations and was a great audience lover. Lunch hit it from the park with four kinds of delicious packages, a magnificent salad, ice tea and lemonade! Dessert... I saw the massive plating of cookies for about 3 minutes before it was swallowed. Thank you. Jess, to help me make my first big event a big success!

Best Breakfast Sandwich I ever had some of the nicest people you will meet. The roles they make are worth their weight in gold!
